Avoid the Jiggle
It used to be that people wanting to go on a run wouldn’t take anything with them… we think. But, nowadays, you have your keys, wallet, phone, and earphones on you whenever you go out for a jog.
However, that weight in your pocket can be quite annoying when it bumps and jiggles as you run. Thankfully, there’s a really simple solution — take a rubber band and wrap it around the inside of your pocket (above your thighs).
