Robert Blossom as Old Man Marley
The enigmatic man who resided across the street from the McCallister home often instilled fear in Kevin with his occasional waves, as is evident at the beginning of the movie. However, when Kevin finds himself alone and heads to the church on Christmas Eve, he encounters his neighbor, Marley, sitting in the pews.
This is where one of the most heartwarming moments of the movie unfolds, as a conversation between the two takes place. Later in the film, Marley comes to Kevin’s aid, helping him stay safe and protect his home by knocking out the two burglars with a shovel.
