Overdressed for a Workout
Being overdressed for a party is one thing, but have you ever been overdressed for a workout session? Probably not. Most of us prefer donning comfortable, breathable gym attire paired with sneakers that allow our bodies to move freely and comfortably during exercise.
However, in the ’80s, people seemed to have a different approach. They’d layer clothing, toss on some random footwear, and pair it all with socks while going for a jog. Looking back, you might find yourself thanking your lucky stars that you weren’t born in the ’80s.
