Tallest Sandcastle Ever Built
At the beach, building sandcastles is a classic activity, often enjoyed with family and friends. However, the team at Sculpture Projects GmbH took sandcastle construction to new heights.
With 12 sculptors and eight technicians working diligently for three and a half weeks, they crafted an astonishing sandcastle towering at a height of 57 feet and 11 inches. Using 11,000 tones of sand mixed solely with water, this remarkable feat was achieved in June 2019.
