Sadler is happily married to Amanda, with their union dating back to 2009. Together, they have welcomed a pair of children into their family. Their son, Wyatt, was born in 2010, followed by their daughter, Austin, in 2012. In addition to her role as a mother, Amanda is a dedicated teacher.
