Kate Downey Edwards & Carl Edwards

Carl Edwards, a former stock car racer known for his Toyota Camry in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series, secured 28 wins in his NASCAR Cup Series career, 38 victories in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, and six wins in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series during his racing journey from 2002 to 2016. His career flourished, and he had the privilege of coming home to a beautiful family, including his wife, Kate Downey Edwards.

Kate and Carl Edwards have been happily married since 2009 and share the joy of raising two children. Kate holds a medical degree from the University of Missouri, Kansas City School of Medicine, earned in 2004.
