I bet this one tops the list of all the things Steph has heard at an interview. Thankfully, they got it straightened out pretty quickly. I’m here hoping she even offered to cook some yummy Jamaican food for lunch one day after she got the job.
Unrelated, Jamaican food is amazing. Find an authentic Jamaican restaurant if you’re ever looking for good oxtails. They always use excellent seasoning and slow-cook the tender meat for hours. Add in their coco bread and a side of collards, and you’ll be going back time and again.
