The Best Years of Our Lives
Ah, college – they say it’s the best four years of our lives. First-year students are easy to spot, brimming with hope and embracing newfound freedom with some irresponsible behavior. However, as time passes and schoolwork mounts, they learn that college isn’t just four years of partying and hooking up.
By sophomore year, the reality is that college is designed to drain the fun out of everything you do. The looming end of the “fun” becomes apparent in junior and senior years, and thoughts turn toward the future. College can certainly be overrated.
