Slippers
We’ve tried but are genuinely puzzled about Kim’s location in this photo. She must be on vacation, and her security detail just dropped her off at the store because we can’t fathom why anyone would leave the house wearing what appear to be their household slippers.
Besides the slipper debacle, the fluorescent leggings and the peculiar sweater don’t contribute anything except giving the impression that she’s sporting an odd carnival costume.
