They Are Prohibited From Showing Armpits on TV
It is against the law to display intimate parts of the female body on any form of media in Malaysia, including armpits. Consequently, manufacturers of women’s deodorants and similar products advertise or promote them from a side view without fully exposing the armpit.
Likewise, advertising the services of lawyers, doctors, and means of contraception on Malaysian television and in outdoor spaces is also prohibited.
