Robert Baratheon
Although King Robert Baratheon only graced the show’s first season for a mere seven episodes, Mark Addy’s portrayal left a lasting impression. Much like his real-life counterpart, his character left quite a mess in the wake of his passing.
In both the show and the books, Robert is described as a fine and chivalrous warrior in his youth but has grown fat and careless from power. However, in the books, he meets his end in his mid-30s, adding a subtle difference to his character’s timeline.
